Objectives

1. Develop studies in the energetic area (specially focused in efficient and clean energies) and create an energetic lab for the UPC.

2. Enhance activities in the radiochemical areas and analysis of  the radioactivity, the radiation dosimetry , the atmospheric  radiological studies,  the clinical implementation of the radiation,  the radiologic protection and the studies of nuclear data that has technological interest.

3. Participate in the physics research of the synchrotron beam and the technologic development of the particle accelerators and detectors.

4. Give support to the teaching activities, specially to the doctoral and postgrade ones.

5. Spread the acquired knowledge  in accordance to the social interests.
